How to order

1. Please fill in JOL's Order Form. Refer product page for item's code and detail. Wait for confirmation e-mail within 2-3 days.
2. Please send us your photos and bank in deposit payment.
3. We will send a preliminary proof via e-mail so you may make any changes to the design. Maximum 2 visual proofs will be send to you before final approval. NO more further changes at this stage.
4. Once final approval and confirmation of full payment from you , then we shall proceed to the final production, where photos will be process into magnetic.
5. Delivery Date: upon completed production.

Payment

• All prices listed on this website are given in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• All prices excluding postal charges.
• Deposit payment 30%-50% is required, depending on item quantity.
• Directly deposit the exact amount of cash/cheque to our Public Bank account. Bank details will be provided in confirmation email. 
• Cheque Payment is subject to clearance. Please scan/fax/email your pay-in slip.
• If neither is convenient to you, feel free to email me and we can always work something out.

Delivery

Malaysia
FREE Delivery for customer within Klang valley.
For West Malaysia - A flat fee for delivery package without wooden frame is RM10 per set.
For delivery package with wooden frame is RM20 per set.

   
 Things you may want to know:

• After receive your photos and deposit payment only we can start work.
• If photos are in small size, we recommend you to zip it into a folder and e-mail us for more faster production.
• If  too many photos to process, then is better to burn it all into a CD then courier to us.
• Photos should be in .jpg format. The higher the resolution, the better the quality.
• To ensure quality printing standards, we will review your file. Your order WILL NOT be processed until your file is approved.
  
• Please indicate what text to be put into the photo magnet if any or else our designer will decide for you.
• If you are a designer, you can create your magnets design and simply email to us in a “.jpg” and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request and email you a proof for your review.
• Journey of Love is not responsible for color changes when converting and printing.
• Journey of Love cannot guarantee the quality of images produced by a digital camera. Files that are from web images, poorly scan image, poor quality/low-resolution  image are unacceptable.
